Thanks for the lovely close ups, James. How are the long shots looking these days? How are the new formal additions sitting with you as the herbaceous plants are becoming more present?
Peter, I can't tell yet. The perennials are emerging, but only as a sort of visual stubble. Except for some early ones (e.g., Euphorbia palustris and rising iris spires), which I want more of.
I do like your Solomons Seal - I have the plain type. I do fine it incredibly hard to photograph though
